Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Certain items may be non-returnable, including:

Return Process

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Late or Missing Refunds
